Since 2007, GNS Survey, Inc. has provided land surveying, mapping, and drafting services for a wide variety of utility projects, ground up construction developments, and Civil Engineering design projects. We have served as a land surveying consultant for municipalities and perform land title surveying and mapping (ALTA Surveys) for commercial property transactions.
Our survey crews operate in many different environments and outdoor conditions. Some projects are located in high-risk areas near highways, railroads, busy intersections and remote rural areas. Field crews frequently work in residential neighborhoods and industrial areas along active roadways.

Our construction staking services ensure that any project is built according to the approved plans and specifications. We provide precise layout and positioning of structures, utilities, and other critical elements, minimizing potential costly errors and delays.
At GNS Survey, Inc., we comply with the Land Surveyor’s Act, Subdivision Map Act and all other applicable California laws and local ordinances. These services include legal descriptions, exhibits and preparing Records of Survey maps. For monument re-establishment or rehabilitation, we prepare and file Corner Records.
